Rob Short
Langham Hall
Rob Short is Managing Partner and founder of Langham Hall. Previously he was an Executive Director of Goldman Sachs in London and New York. At Goldman Sachs Rob led the European real estate fund administration team administering the Whitehall funds, controlling financial information and reporting on $12bn of funds with operating partners in a dozen countries. Rob was also involved with deploying the Whitehall administration in Tokyo. Before founding Langham Hall, Rob spent three years on the board of a global fund administration business where he was responsible for setting up their London and New York fund offices. In addition he led the expansion of funds under administration from $14bn in 2002 to $80bn in 2005. Rob qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Robson Rhodes, specializing in Unit Trusts and Investment Trusts. He holds a degree in real estate and recently sat on the INREV reporting committee.
Georgia Contogoulas

Georgia is a Senior Director at CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance team. Georgia has more than 15 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of real estate finance, from arranging senior and mezzanine debt facilities through to development finance and portfolio transactions. Over the years Georgia has assisted clients such as Shell, Kings Cross Partnership, Morrisons and BT Group, to name a few. Prior to CBRE, Georgia spent 5 years at Rothschild Bank and prior to that she was a Senior Consultant with EY Real Estate Finance team, which she joined upon completion of her MBA at London Business School.
Andrew McLean
CMS
Andrew advises banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of banking and finance transactions. During a career of more than 30 years he has worked in ship and other asset finance, project finance and leveraged finance transactions. The last 15 years have been devoted to real estate finance. He has represented lenders and borrowers in their investment and development facilities which have included prime City office developments; shopping centres; residential towers; hotels; student accommodation and a large number of mixed use schemes.
Nick Wright

Nick Wright is Head of Business Development for KPMG’s Real Estate sector. Nick has over 10 years’ experience of advising professional services firms in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, with a focus on real estate. He has worked with a number of international institutional investors, SWF, PE, pension funds, FTSE and global asset management companies.
Steven Scally
State Street
Steven Scally is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years experience working in property. Steve is a member of State Street’s EMEA product team for real estate and private equity funds and investments. Prior to joining State Street’s product team, Steven headed State Street’s UK Real Estate business and has been responsible for the roll out of a Global Real Estate system to a large Nordic Sovereign Wealth Fund. Steven has extensive experience on the boards of property and fund management boards, currently including Tesco, Oxford Properties and Norges Bank.
Robert Parkinson

Robert Parkinson is a Chartered Accountant and joined Logicor as Head of Tax in December 2016, previous to this he was Group Tax Director for DTZ for 7 years. Prior to joining DTZ, Robert worked for Goodman and Hammerson plc specialising in corporate and joint venture structures and taxation. Robert has specialised in the area of tax and corporate structuring for property for the last twenty years, either whilst at Price Waterhouse, National Westminster Bank plc and latterly Goodman and Hammerson plc.
Charlotte Doyle

Charlotte joined GSA as a Fund Controller in April 2017, previous to this she was at New River for almost 4 years both as Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller and also spent 6 years at BDO as an Audit Manager in the London Audit Group.

Isla is Business Development Director for EY’s 350 strong UK real estate practice. She joined EY some 17 years ago as a management consultant in Hospitality and Leisure transitioning to a business development role in the real estate corporate finance team. Since then she has moved into a wider remit looking for new opportunities for E&Y's real estate audit, tax, advisory and corporate finance practices and look’s after the firm’s key relationships in the real estate sector.
